CRS Data’s MLS Tax Suite: In-Person Training

This course teaches how to effectively use CRS Data’s MLS Tax Suite to enhance property research and client reporting. Participants will learn to create Custom CMAs, Client Reports, and use the Quick CMA tool to analyze MLS sales and ownership data with greater accuracy by incorporating location, property details, and home improvement values. The session also covers navigating the platform, including basic, advanced, and map-based search techniques, as well as using filters to refine results. Users will explore key features of the Property Report, including its multiple data layers, and learn how to leverage maps for deeper insights. Additionally, the course demonstrates how to manage and utilize search results by creating labels, mailing lists, and exporting data. Throughout, participants are introduced to customization tools that allow them to tailor how information is delivered, helping them provide more valuable and detailed insights to clients.
