Description
Evictions: The good the bad and the ugly Evictions are an unfortunate part of the property management process. If you are facing an eviction situation, understanding how the overall process works may help you navigate the process. This class will cover general overviews of how to process evictions, the timeline of events. This class also addresses how to represent landlords in the eviction proceedings along with the writ of possession procedures. Relevancy: A critical job duty of Property Managers is to collect rent and enforce the lease. Many managers struggle with tenants paying late and the rules regarding the eviction process. The eviction process is one landlords rely heavily on property managers to handle for them. Course outline
To receive the full credit, you must attend the entire course instructional time. Staff will not certify a participant for CE credit unless the student attends the entire course. Partial credit will not be given for partial attendance. No makeup or written work will be allowed for CE credit. A Zoom link will be provided to all registrants.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: A Full refund will be issued if an email notification is received a week before the class date is to begin.
