About me: I am a native of the Rio Grande Valley. I graduated from San Antonio College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in 1988. I worked 18 years for Service Corporation International. In 2004, I moved to Laredo to begin a new career in the healthcare industry. In 2017, I was licensed as a Texas Realtor. I am active in my local and state association and many other related organizations. I focus 100% on Commercial Real Estate and continue my studies to better serve my clients. I am an avid golfer and enjoy spending time with family and friends. My wife and I have three dogs, Luke, Sammy, and Anika and we love to support local charities.

Awards & Memberships: 2014-2020 People’s Choice award in Real Estate Services from Laredo Morning Times; 2019 Game Changer-Laredo Chamber of Commerce; Texas Realtors TREPAC Trustee for Region 7 2018-2022; Ranked #60 in Top 100 RE/MAX Commercial Practitioners in the country in 2021. Board Director Laredo Economic Development Corporation, member of Laredo Gateway Rotary Club, a member of the Small Business Committee in the Laredo Chamber of Commerce, Vice-President for the Laredo Association of Realtors, past board director of Laredo Building Association, and Board Director of Finance and Budget Committee at Texas Realtors.

Interest in Commercial Real Estate:  I am currently working on my designation for CCIM which stands for Certified Commercial Investor Member.  It is one of the highest designations for Commercial Realtors.  The extensive training and knowledge received helps us provide unique tools and resources with emphasis on Financial Analysis, Marketing Analysis, User Decisions, and Investor Decisions for our clients.  Each of the four core courses consist of the equivalent of 1 Semester College course and requires passing a Comprehensive exam. I am on my fourth and final course.  The Final Exam reviews all four courses and must be passed to receive your designation.
